Happy 6th Birthday, Hannah & Griffin!

Great Birthday Day today......we celebrated with donuts for breakfast and cake for lunch! Presents were opened first thing this morning and the rest of the day was spent playing, when not running Abby back and forth to the community center for skating and play practice. G&G Meiers were here visiting and we had a great few days with them. Friends party is on Sunday...pray for a nice day. It's looking like rain, which will put a damper on our planned outdoor Olympic activities......

We visited the nature center by us the other day and happened to see the police woman and her horse. She patrols all the parks on horseback. She was very nice and let H&G pet her horse.  Abby was at play practice and missed the fun.

Once Mike got this nerf gun out of the package he announced this is what he wants for his birthday, too!

Cake at lunch to celebrate. We had to sing at lunch time b/c Grandma and Grandpa were leaving, and Abby was leaving for her play in the afternoon and wouldn't be back until after dinner. For some reason they both wanted this grill / hamburger / watermelon themed cake!
