The twins are napping, and Abby decided that it would be fun to read me a book. She loves to read, and I love to hear little voice when she is reading her books to me.
She had a good day at school today - she got to be line leader! And Kate's (one of her friends) grandma and grandpa were helping out today, and Abby thought it was really neat that they were there. The kids also had to say what they were thankful for...Abby told me she said that she was thankful for her whole family. What a good girl we have!
She also said to me, as we were eating lunch together, "you're the best mom I could ever hope for". She melts my heart :-)

Hi Abby's mom.
I was just doing a random blog shuffle when I reached your blog. I'm from the Netherlands and father of a 3-year-old daughter.
I wrote a bit about your blog-entry at Next Blog Please
I was wondering what the meaning of the expression 'to be a line leader' is. I couldn't find it my dictionary.
I enjoyed reading your little post, best wishes from Europe!
Take care
Hi Abby's Mom, thanks for answering my question! I just hope I didn't scare you too much with my visit ;-)
This line leading is really something that we don't know up here in the Netherlands.
Enjoy the members of your team!
