A Perfect 10!

10 years old today.......WOW.  Double digits. Time is flyin' by.  Abby had a great slumber party last night with her friends. They are a great group of girls.  After birthday pancakes and donuts, everyone headed out around 10am.  We then had a lazy day.....opened presents, played with presents, and talked about presents :-)  This is the first birthday I can remember when we didn't go to the beach. It is just too chilly....this summer has not been the best for beach days.....but that is a different story.

Anywho......Abby had a great birthday, which ended with her favorite meal: steak on the grill.  Then we all ate way too much Dairy Queen Mint Oreo Blizzard Ice Cream Cake.  It was a huge cake...we gave half of it to our neighbors and we STILL have a ton left.  Wouldn't be a big deal, except for the fact that we are going to be having at least two more cakes later this week for the twinners.  August is a tough diet month around here :-)

Pics from last night, this morning, and this evening. Enjoy!

Oh!! Tomorrow is a BIG day. Abby is getting her ears pierced!  Say a prayer around 9:30am tomorrow :-)

Photo shoot.  They are holding a "chat ball". I wrote questions all over the ball. The girls toss it to each other and wherever your thumb lands, that's the question you have to answer. It was a really fun activity!

 Mash books.....remember those????

Up early after a late night.  1am lights out, 7am breakfast served!

Presents from the Fam
New peace pierced earrings from Hannah and Griffin
Ipod Nano from Mom and Dad

Fruity Pebbles......she asks for these EVERY TIME she goes grocery shopping with me. I always tell her no. She's never had them, but for whatever reason was obsessed with them!  She can't wait to have them with milk tomorrow morning. They are the BEST.CEREAL. EVER.
Dairy Queen Mint Oreo Blizzard Cake. So GOOD!
Traditional pic with Mom and Dad....haven't missed a year :-)
