The Tooth Fairy Comes for Griff!

Griffin had his four bottom baby teeth pulled yesterday at the dentist.  They had to come out because two of his permanent teeth were all the way through and he has a spacing issue.  He did great...it was more nerve wracking for mom and dad!

He was back to normal today, and was super thrilled to find that the tooth fairy visited him over night.

Getting prep'd and getting some laughing gas to help with some anxiety.

 Today, feeling back to normal....and less 4 baby teeth!

A Visit from our Best LA Friends!

It was so nice to spend the night with our favorite LA friends. A great dinner by the lake, cards, wine and some laughs made for a super night. Can't wait to see you again soon!

Griffin's Birthday Party

Griff had a great mini golf party with his friends this morning.  A round of golf, pizza, cake and presents, and all was good!  I will say 7 year old boys are quite different than 7 year of girls. A bit more energy in the room :-)  We had a great time, but we are glad the birthday celebrations are over for the year!  

Griff wanted me to make him a golf cake.....I think it turned out okay!  It tasted really yummy!

 We hit the Waconia Fair Saturday night b/c Griff really wanted to go to the Demolition Derby.  WOW. All I can say is WOW. FANTASTIC people watching.  Interesting crew at the derby :-)  But the kiddos LOVED it!!!
