Busy Saturday

We had a very busy Saturday yesterday.  Abby had swimming in the morning like always, and then it was a day of baseball.  It was opening day for the league that Griff plays in, which means games, a parade and team pictures.  The thunderstorms made the afternoon extra fun, too :-)  Oh, and then after a day full of baseball, Griff had hockey practice. He slept like a baby last night.....and so did Mike :-)

It was safety week at the swim school, and Abby had to swim almost her entire lesson wearing a sweatshirt.  Very tiring!  She did great through.

Opening Day!  It drizzled through Griff's entire game.  It didn't seem to bother the kids at all.  They all looked like they had a great time. Griff is wearing the blue coat in all the pictures.

The opening day "parade". It's really just all the teams being introduced and having them walk around the field. It was fun for the kids.  It started to pour like crazy about 2 minutes after this picture. We got out of there in the knick of time. He had to go back for team pictures after a quick lunch at home and then he headed to hockey with Mike. He was very tired last night!
