Day off of school today so we loaded up for some shopping, Santa and lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. Fun day for all. Santa was a big hit this year. No one was nervous and everyone chatted up a storm with him. Luckily we were the only ones there and he was able to spend a lot of time talking to them. After they were finished I asked what they talked about it and none of them could tell me. Just like when I ask them what they did in school all day. They have no idea. BUT....something he said seemed to stick with Miss Hannah because she was very polite all afternoon and cleaned up the kitchen counter and the toys in the family room all by herself without being asked. I told her how happy that made me and she smiled at me and told me that Santa told her she had to listen to Mom and Dad and help around the house. Love that man :-)
